My name, 林 (Lín), means forest — a grove of trees growing together, each rooted independently yet stronger for their proximity. It is, I have come to believe, the most honest description of the work I do.For over two decades, I have worked at the intersection of insurance, human capital strategy, and organizational risk — helping California employers build structures that protect their people, optimize their costs, and endure beyond any single leader's tenure.

My path has taken me through the halls of top 10 global insurance brokers, the boardrooms of Forbes Business Council members, and the classrooms of Wharton, USC Marshall MBA, and Columbia. But my most formative education has come from the clients themselves — HR executives navigating benefits self-funding strategies, data-driven performance evaluations, and AI-ready workforce transformations.

I work cross-functionally with CFOs, COOs, Enterprise Risk Management, and Information Security & IT teams to translate business strategies into accountable results. I take pride in partnering with trusted advisors and successful entrepreneurs who are building a philanthropic legacy for their families and businesses.
